August 3, 2012...our precious little girl turned ONE!!

It is unbelievable how quickly time goes by...Lucy, you are pure sunshine. You have brought such joy to our family. What did we ever do without you??? :) What an incredible blessing and privilege to be your parents. We have LOVED watching you grow and change from baby infant to a walking, "talking", happy, full of life one year old. We are SO thankful we got to celebrate your birthday with family. You LOVED your cake and ice cream :) Sweetheart, you are so precious to us!! We love you with all heart, Mama and Daddy

A visit from Uncle Grant and Aunt Lindee

Blog readers, I am so sorry, as I am WAY behind (I'm still working on July, even though we are technically in September)! I am having a hard time downloading pictures from my phone, so sadly I don't have any pics to post for this blog entry, but I wanted to say how THRILLED we were to have Uncle Grant (Ted's brother) and Aunt Lindee come visit us at the end of July. Oh Lucy just loved having them here, as we did too! We walked around Boulder, ate at a GREAT pizza place called Beau Jo's (a 5lb pizza is what we ordered-Uncle Grant helped carry us to the finish line, ha!)and we even went to a Rockie's baseball game where Ted caught a foul ball!! Very exciting!! Lucy did great. She loved all the excitement and made it through the entire game. We love you both so much, and we were so happy that you came to visit us...come back again soon!
