Beth Moore Weekend

Friday night and Saturday morning, myself and 4 other friends went to Northridge Church to watch a Living Proof Live Simulcast featuring Beth Moore. It was INCREDIBLE! I can hardly put it into words...but one thing I do know is that God was there and we were ALL blessed so richly by His presence, His Mercy, and His great Love. Some cool facts: This simulcast was in 45 states (Live from Greenbay, WI), 516 locations, 8 countries, 90,000 people attended! It was a time of complete celebration and praise to Our Lord. The Praise and Worship Team-awesome! Beth is an unbelievable teacher! Her passion for Christ, and serving Him through serving women has blessed so many lives, including mine. Our study for the weekend was Psalm 37:1-9 and our focus verse was Psalm 37:4 "Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart". God, please grant me a heart to delight in YOU!

Anne's First Rock Concert!

Last week, Ted and I along with our friends Matt and Jessica, went to the Hinder/Nickelback concert. We actually went to high school with the lead singer of Hinder(Austin Winkler...he was in my class!) He and Ted were good friends and had played baseball together at PCW. Austin graciously hooked us up with tickets, back stage passes, and even let us go inside the tour bus where we got to chat between shows. This was my first rock concert ever (previous concerts include Amy Grant, Shania Twain, and Keith Urban...this seems to be the next logical choice, right?) ha!

We had a great time, and thanks again Austin for treating us to a show!

A wedding, A reunion, and some good old family & friend time!

Hey Everyone! Sorry for the "blogging delay"(again!) but we have a really good excuse this time...we've been out of town (that counts, right??) My dear friend Miriam got married the first weekend in August and I was in her wedding. It was so much fun and Miriam was absolutely gorgeous as you'll see in the pictures :) It was such a fun and beautiful wedding. The next item on the list was Ted's 10 year high school reunion...and what a great time we had. Saturday, we went to Route 66 park where we all could just hang out, visit, and pass babies around :) Later that evening, we went to a place called The Fox and Hound. We had a great turnout and it was so much getting to see everyone and catch up on what's been going on the last 10 years!

It was of course wonderful to see family and friends...my dear dear friend Kerri and her husband Gerod just had a precious baby girl, Gracie! Isn't she beautiful :) Uncle John took Mom and Mimi and I to see the musical Wicked--AWESOME pretty much sums that up! Ted's parents took us all to Eischen's to celebrate their 33rd wedding anniversary!!! And we moved my brothers up to Stillwater, where they will begin their Senior and Sophomore year in college at OSU (my parents are officially empty nesters). It was a busy, but wonderful trip...thanks everyone!!
