It's Snowing...what????

Ijust had to blog this: Late yesterday afternoon, it started SNOWING!!! We couldn't believe it! (Okay, so it wasn't the "sticking" kind, but nevertheless, the white stuff was coming down). It didn't last terribly long,but March seems to have come in like a lamb and is going out like a Lion! (Shouldn't it be the reverse?) Oh well...it's almost April (hooray!) Hopefully that means no more snow?!?

MARCH MADNESS!!!

Well, for those of you who don't know...it's Ted favorite time of year! :) Yes, March Madness is huge in our household! We love filling our brackets and watching all the games (ALL the games!) on tv and cheering for our teams. I must say, last Saturday was a little tense with my OU sooners playing the UM wolverines...but we have moved on and all is okay, ha! (Thank goodness...since I picked OU to go all the way!) Ted actually went with a buddy of his to Dayton, OH last weekend to watch his other team (Oklahoma State!) play in the tournament. He was able to see 4 games and had a GREAT time! Debbie comes to visit!

About a week and a half ago, my mom came up to visit us...We had such a great time! Mom cooked us breakfast and dinner, one night we went and ate cuban food (yum!), did some shopping, went to the movies, and took mom on her first trip to IKEA! Thanks for loving on us mama...we sure love you! Thanks for everything :)

February=sports!

February was a quick month, but was full of lots of basketball and hockey games. I even made it to my first Michigan Wrestling match...actually my first any kind of wrestling match, ha! :) We love our friends the Jobes, and they were able to join us for a game...this is Emily and me, aren't we cute Wolverines??!!

Youth Group Retreat!

Hello Blog Readers! (Hopefully there are still some of you left!)

We really do apologize for the delay of posting...for some reason, the blog doesn't always like it when I log in, so it boots me off! (UGH!) But I think I've got it under control now, ha!

Well, I'm going to back track just a bit...last month, Ted and I went with our youth group on a retreat. It was such a blast and truly a blessing (Praise our God!) Here are some pictures from the weekend. We're not just talking a little cabin in the woods either...this place was like a resort (totally and completely our kind of "camping", ha!)
